Business Analyst, Digital Commerce Solutions

Reporting to the Executive Vice-President, Development, you will be responsible for providing our clients with advice on best business practices and guiding them through the configuration, testing, and implementation of digital commerce solutions. You will be part of a highly motivated, dynamic, and powerful team, working in a project-oriented autonomous environment.

We are seeking a candidate with the aptitude for consulting with an ability to work on diverse projects. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce solution implementation.

  • Your responsibilities
  • Participate in the analysis of client needs;
  • Advise clients in the choice of functionalities;
  • Support clients in validating and understanding the analysis;
  • Communicate client requirements in functional specifications to the development team;
  • Participate in quality control and ensure the integrity of information;
  • Participate in the implementation of the solution;
  • Document the different solutions implemented (business rules, flow rules, schematics, user documentation, etc.);
  • Train and support clients in the use of the solution.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Business Analyst;
  • Experience with digital commerce solutions;
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of priorities;
  • Autonomy and leadership;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French;
  • Experience in Agile methodology (asset).

Project Manager - Digital Commerce Solutions

Reporting to the Vice-President, Development, you will lead a team of consultants and members of our clients, effectively delivering projects and maintaining strong customer relationships. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Your responsibilities

  • Planning and organizing, by effectively manage priorities, all aspects of the project based on scope of work and goals ;
  • Ensuring excellent customer relations ;
  • Managing schedules, budgets and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project delivery dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon, both with the Thinkmax team and with the customer team ;
  • Participating in all aspects of the project, monitoring day-to-day activities of internal/external project teams and ensuring work is progressing as planned ;
  • Actively monitoring project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively working with project team to identify solutions to address them in advance ;
  • Providing project status reporting both to clients and Thinkmax management team on a weekly basis.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated project management experience, preferably in the field of Digital Commerce ;
  • Proven experience in project management in an Agile development context ;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget ;
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of priorities ;
  • Proven experience in client facing role ;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French ;
  • Autonomy and leadership ;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project ;
  • Experience in E-commerce B2C and/or B2B (asset) ;

  • Consulting experience (asset) ;

Front End Developer

Reporting to the Director of Development the designated person will be responsible for aligning web design and end-user requirement, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages. Alongside our business analysts, the designated person will work directly with our Developers, Technical Managers and Digital Strategists to ensure consistency within Web elements and creativity. You will be responsible of:

Your responsabilities :

  • Create user-friendly digital designs combined with unique user experience;
  • Create an even balance between functional and aesthetic design;
  • Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability;
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout the design.

Your profile:

Working in conjunction with our business analysts, you will work with a multidisciplinary team on diversified projects. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and supporting the digital commerce solution in collaboration with the business analysts;
  • Translating business requirements into technical architectures, data models and designs.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 7 years experience as a developer;
  • Strong technical knowledge of Object Oriented programming language (.NET C#);
  • Strong experience in web development (MVC, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery);
